Do I need to be home for the service?

Nope! As long as we have safe access to your yard (like an unlocked gate), you don’t need to be home. We’ll handle our business quietly and professionally, and can even send you a notification when the job is complete. You just get to come home to a clean yard!

Is it okay if my dog is in the yard during the service?

We love dogs! If your dog is friendly and comfortable with new people, they are welcome to stay in the yard. However, if your dog is protective or wary of strangers, we do ask that you keep them inside on your service day for the safety and comfort of both your pet and our technician.

What do you do with the pet waste?

We take it with us! All pet waste is double-bagged, sealed, and removed from your property for proper disposal in accordance with local environmental regulations. You’ll never have to see or smell it again.

Are there any contracts I have to sign?

Absolutely not. We believe in earning your business with every single visit, not by locking you into a long-term contract. You can start, stop, or change your service at any time with a simple call or email.

What happens if it rains or snows?

We’re an all-weather service! We work in most conditions, including light rain and snow. If severe weather (like a lightning storm or very heavy blizzard) makes it unsafe or impossible to do a thorough job, we’ll notify you immediately to reschedule your service for the next available day.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured for your complete protection and peace of mind. We take our responsibility to you and your property very seriously

What if I have a locked gate?

No problem at all. We have many clients with locked gates. We can arrange for a gate code, a key copy, or you can simply choose to unlock it on your service day. We’ll work with you to find the easiest and most secure solution.

What if I'm not satisfied with a cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re unhappy with a service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to your property to re-scoop it for free. We stand by our work and want to make sure you’re always happy with the result.
